Apart from that, me and my fellow FT can extend this to the rest of the class by getting each of them to just pen down positive words of encouragement on a card to the classmate whose name each of them draws (by lots). In Sec 1 we did a secret santa activity two times last year. This was a good opportunity for them to show appreciation and care for classmates they may not have interacted with often.
