The mission for no poverty is to eradicate poverty in all forms everywhere this is done by implementing protection plans or systems in countries where poverty is running rampant. Another way to achieve this goal is to help developing countries develop without leading to mass poverty in said country. This goal seemed much more achievable before covid 19 but because of covid 19 we lost more than 4 years of progress.

My second sustainable goal is gender equality. End all forms of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere. Ending and eliminating all forms of violence against women in any way shape or form. Ending harmful practice on women. Normalization of equal pay and equal rights between women leading to a more fair representation of the female gender. This will be done by taking to protesting and also impleminating new laws that let women have more of a say in what they want to do or not.

In this article it states the facts and statistics how since 2010 poverty in all minority groups in the United States has gone down tremendously. this is due to the sustainable goal to end poverty finally being implemented heavily into the United States.

But it also shows how we don’t have to have the label of feminist and we can just be in support of equal rights without thr need of a label which has had a negative connotation over the past couple of years. I have finished all my hours (April) it has gone super well I actually have enjoyed what I’ve done at wings and it actually makes me feel good about what I’m spreading to the community and how I’m doing it for a good cause. I really did enjoy my agency it made me feel welcome and I loved listening in to all the nice things people had to say the customers and volunteers made me feel at home and welcome. 
I see the connection in how at my agency we have certain people that focus on one specific task while another person focuses on another task this is related to the different jobs each local government branch has.
Then I saw how everything at my agency is divided into different sections and different people in each one which is related ro the branches of the local government all making the village work.
