         <title>(M) Mental Health Supports </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>*BHR (Behavioral Health Resources) and Peninsula Health in school, including intakes at school<br><br>*Nurse Practitioner at school to do physicals for students<br><br>*Greater Lakes Mental Health 2x/week in building - must be on medicaid to receive services<br><br>*North Kitsap HS - counselor comes in and meets with individual students<br><br>*Mount Si HS - full-time Friends of Youth therapist and Sound Mental Health<br><br>*Teen Health Center (Ingraham High School) - students make appointments, includes a drug/alcohol counselor<br><br>*SEL through advisory, teachers deliver curriculum, counselors and admin take turns creating lessons (AVID)<br><br>*Full-time social worker - helps with resources for students, Tier 3 students, can provide mental health supports<br><br>*SAEBRS - behavioral resource screening at middle school and high school level, 3x per year, North Mason High School<br><br>Some schools have no additional mental health provider support<br>Some schools have full time MH some are part time; community agency partnerships; DA prevention<br>Health class curriculum includes: general, response to crisis. <br>Suicide Prevention training for staff - ForeFront grant with a consultant for student training and staff<br>District wide mental health screenings: 2x yearly SDQ schoolwide; ids high stress internalizers<br><br>Sexual Assault Group <br>Centraila HS <br>Local community agency comes in and runs the group <br>Outside agency pays for it <br><br>King County Sexual Assault Group<br><br>Mental Health Unit<br>Shorecrest HS<br>Incorporates a mental health component into the career lessons.
