         <description><![CDATA[<div>The evidence we collected was based off of the observations we saw from the colonies grown on the LB/amp/ara plate, which totalled to one colony. From there we could determine the amount of pGLO DNA spread, which can be calculated by multiplying the total amount of DNA used by the fraction of DNA used, in this experiment it came out to 0.2. Using these two numbers, the transformation efficency can be caluclated, as it is the total number of colonies growing on the agar plate divided by the amount of DNA spread on the agar plate, which totalled to 5 (ug). </div>]]></description>
