         <description><![CDATA[<p>Grendel vs. Beowulf-Beowulf fights Grendel with his bare hands, <span style="font-size: 13px;">strangles grendel and rips his arm off. hangs claw in Herot and deathly injured Grendel retreats back to lake to die</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Beowulf vs. brecca- swam through lake slaying monsters for several days</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Beowulf vs. Grendel's ma- Ma wanted to avenge grendel so she killed esher, Hrothgar's closest pal. Beowulf wanted to avenge esher so he went into the lake with only hrunting and chian mail. Sword didnt work agianst ma so they fought hand to hand. Beowulf sees ancient sword on wall of lair and uses it to slay ma. Then takes Grendel's head back to Herot. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">
Beowulf vs. Dragon- Beowulf fights dragon guarding treasure in its lair, alone and only with armor and sword. His men all flee except wiglaf. Sword gets broken, a piece lodged in the dragon. Since Beowulf's old, stabs dragon but gets burned and pierced with venom. wiglaf comes to the rescue and they slay the dragon together. Once it's dead, Beowulf poises to die, and Wigleaf grants him his death bed wishes by bringing him treasure and builidng a memorial thing. </span></p>]]></description>
