         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to the plan formulated and approved by the Eisenhower administration, President Kennedy deployed a squad of 1,400 Cuban exiles funded by the CIA to overthrow Fidel Castro. The Cuban army defeated the aggressor in three days after putting the aggressor at a disadvantage and exposing the intervention of the United States in several misfortunes. Despite the failure of the invasion, the U.S. government continued to conduct covert operations against Cuba in the following decades.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Cuba allowed the Soviet Union to build a nuclear missile base on the island. Kennedy demanded the removal of Soviet weapons and ordered a naval quarantine of Cuba. Faced with the threat of nuclear war, the United States negotiated with the Soviet Union through rear channels. If the Soviet Union withdraws its missiles from Cuba, it will obtain nuclear missiles from Turkey within a few months. In July of the following year, Kennedy banned American nationals from going to Cuba.</div>]]></description>

This move was made after the disintegration of the Soviet Union in 1991. Bush pointed out that Cuba’s "special relationship with the former Soviet Union has almost ended." The law prohibits ships that have exchanged goods with Cuba in the past 180 days from docking at US ports and prohibits foreign countries. People enter Cuba. It outlines the conditions for legal immigration from Cuba to the United States in the future.
