ADG11 N_A typical day by Andrea Abad

Raúl. I get up at 6:30. I go running for an hour. After that, I have a shower and then I have a breakfast. I brush my teeth and I get dressed. I prepare my school bag and I go to school at 8:30. I study from 8:50 to 14:20. Then I go to my girlfriend's home to have lunch there. At 16:00 I start my football practice and I finish at 17:30 or 17:45 it depends on the day. After that I return to my girlfriend's home to have a shower and then I relax. Later I have dinner. At 21:30 I go home and at 23:00 I go to bed.

I get up at 06:40, then I take a shower, after that I go to make my breakfast. I usually make a god breakfast, but sometimes, when I am tired I just drink a coffee, after I go to take the bus to the shcool. After finishing the shcool I go home, I eat something, rest a little bit and then it depends on the day, but at 8 i usually go to train...

I get up at 7:30. I get dressed, wash my teeth, i drink a RedBull, at 8:20 I take the bus, get to school at 8:40 and go to the classroom.
At 14:20 I leave school, take the bus and go to my home. I have lunch at 15:00, I wash the dishes, later I see friends and take a nap of an hour or so.
When I get up I help my brothers to do homeworks. At 6:00pm I go to the motorcycle proctice until 8:00pm.
When I go out my home at 9:00pm. I make a dinner and at 12:20 am go to sleep.

Manu. I get up at 8.00 wash my teeth. I have my breackfast at home and then go to school on foot or bus. I work in a class. I start school at 8.50 to 14:20. Go to my house and I have lunch in my house. In the afternoon I playing futsal on Monday and Wednesday. I go to bed at 11:30 p.m.

I get up at 5:30 a.m. I have my breakfast at 6:00 and then go to work at 6:15 on foot. I work as a cashier at Mercadona.
At work I first have to go to the warehouse because we don't open until 9:00 AM to put all the products on the shelves.
Then I start my shift at 9:00 until 13:00 PM. I then go to eat lunch till 15:00 and then go in to start preparing to close. We close at 20:00PM.
I go home, eat, shower and go to sleep.

KIKO AGUILERA In the morning, I get up at 8.00, I have a shower and wash my teeth, I get dressed, I don’t breakfast at home because im breakfast at school, take my cycle and I go to school. Im finish school at 14:20 p.m and I go to my home. In the afternoon, I go to futsal practice AND I GO TO BED AT 12.00 P.M

I get un at 7:15. I have a shower at 7:25, then I get dressed and have breakfast and then i go to take the bus to go to the school, I study administration.
In the morning I leave the bus stop that arrives at 2:30 to go home for Lunch.
In the afternoon, sometimes I go out with muy friends or stay at home.

I get up at 7:15. I go running at one hour. After that I have a shower an then I have a breakfast. One hour later, I go to school. At 14:20 i go to home and 17:15 chek the bus and i go to boxing gym. At 19:30 I go to home and I have a shower and sleep.
