Still under consideration:
 Although it's still under consideration sources say they choice is leaning towards no since the bill has been introduced so late, had it had been introduced earlier it may have gave more time to the general assembly lawmakers to work on it before summer break.
As a result of having to go through normal legislative process , which takes time, lawmakers will only have a few short weeks to prepare, finalize, and set out the bill before summer break hits.
