What Motivates Students to Learn is a cruitial part of the learning experience in the classroom. In order for students to learn, they must first feel safe, comfortable, and valued in the classroom. Knowing who your students are, finding ways to value each of their voices and listening to what each student has to say will help you learn what motivates them in the classroom as well as create an enviorment in which learning can happen. I think this is valuable as it is work that must be done along side teaching, and done from the start to create the enviorment needed to learn.

Motivating students to learn in class is hard, especially at a young age. Staying interactive with learning and technology together is easy for students to revisit specific parts of the subject. Learning with technology becomes more accessible and fun. Giving students some choices and freedom in their learning can help students feel like they are achieving problem-solving on their own. In the classroom students are collaborative learning, critical thinking, and organizational skills in the classroom. These mixed with technology learning is a great skill and to observe students on how they navigate themselves on their devices or chromebooks.
