         <description><![CDATA[<p>Present Perfect Continuous</p><p><br/></p><p>We use the present perfect continuous to describe actions that began in the <strong><em>past </em></strong>and continue up to the moment of speaking (<strong><em>present moment</em></strong>). </p><p><br/></p><p>For example:</p><p>We <strong>have been working </strong>on Q2's financial report for the past 3 weeks. </p><p>= We started working on the project 3 weeks ago, and we are still working on it now. </p><p><br/></p><ul><li><p>Please note the difference between <strong>Present Perfect Simple</strong> and <strong>Present Perfect Continuous</strong>:</p><p>I have been reading this manual all morning. = I started reading the manual this morning and I am still reading it now.
