         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p><strong>The primary role of the Judicial branch is to interpret laws, determine whether they violate the Constitution, and apply them to cases. They make decisions often relying on pase ruling in similar cases and create legal precedents that guide future decisions. They also settle legal disputes between people by applying </strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Freedom is the ability of people to act or think without other people or what the government is interfering with it as long as they don’t infringe on the freedom of others. Rights are entitlements of protection to ensure that people are treated fairly and respectfully. Civil liberties are rights that protect people from government abuse and ensure that people have freedom to practice their rights. They are all constitutionally guaranteed through a Constitution that outlines the structure of government and provides protections. </strong></p></li><li><p><strong> to the facts.&nbsp;</strong></p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>14- The amendment process works through a few different ways: An amendment has to be proposed by Congress. Then a 2/3rds vote by the house and senate needs to happen to pass the amendment. The state then needs to approve for the amendment to be added to the constitution. </p><p>15- It's possible to amend the constitution so it can relate to the current time. It's difficult to change the constitution to prevent abuse of power by any parties. </p>]]></description>
