The wording around the trunk which is the base of myself represents the ADL. The blue clouds represent the rest and sleep occupation since the activities are usually light and help relax you. The green grass represent my IADL because it helps support my foundation which is why it is under my tree. The rest of my occupation I put on difference branches based on the category it falls under. For example, work, health, and social.

I did find meaning in this because it allowed me to sort through my occupation.

I felt a little stress making it because I needed more time to add stuff.

I could definitely help someone else make this and it would be fun to personalize it to them. Like for kids, they like to super heroes or princesses.

This is my tree of occupations. The red represents ADLs, yellow is for education, peach is for IADLS, and orange is for leisure. This activity helped me categorize my occupations and give me a better of idea of how I can better balance out my occupations. I felt stressed because of the time constraint for the assignment, but it was still fun to categorize my occupations creatively. I could teach this activity to anyone and I feel its a fun way to learn about occupations and spark conversation.

The red leaves are my leisure activities (scrapbooking, gaming, cooking), the blue leaves are education (driving to school, studying), and the green leaves are ADLs (dressing, makeup, and brushing my teeth).
2. I did find meaning in this activity as crafting is a hobby of mine already that I find joy in. It helped stimulate my creativity again.
3. This helped me sort out my occupations as I didn't know driving to school was categorized under formal education and the tree helped specify my occupations in my life in order to organize it better.
4. I felt a little bit of frustration because my tree wouldn't stand straight but I also found it a lot of fun because it brought back memories of scrapbooking!
5.I feel like I could teach this to someone else as long as they are willing to learn!
