3.  Management of infra in school - integration of operations (too many standalone system - cctv/digital signage/phone system - not up-to-date) - manpower intensive, not service excellence oriented
4. Seamless fault reporting - FM App btw OM & MA/TC, front end reporting from users to OM not systematic.

Managing Term Contractor - Liaising with Facility Manager and contractor can be challenging. Change of personnal every end of contract does not allow for knowledge retention. One FM handles 5-6 schools and can be overwhelming for them. 
2. Supply of contract cleaners - outcome based contract not workable - due to shortage of cleaners. Promise automation did not materialised. Despite updates, there was no follow up on this.
3. Processing of FAS application forms. With the high number of applications, the amount of paperwork can be daunting. Although MOE is working towards e-FAS (not implemented yet), we will need to make additional streamline processes. Different agencies provide diff bursaries, the submission of supporting docs is tedious.
