SECOND - CROP tama yung mpagcrop mo nung pader sa left side nung guy para mas maging minimal ang dating walang ibang object arouund at focused lang sa subject.

THIRD - HIGHLIGHTS and SHADOWS
with regards doon sa buildings nakita na yung details niya becasue nilift mo shadows but with regards to highlights you should've pulled it down para yung sky nagin saturated//colorful ng kunti 
but overall you edited it well since dark talaga yung photo
LASTLY - SHARPNESS CLARITY and TEXTURE for some reason you went beyond the limits of it since medyo naging rought talaga mga picture to the point na para siyang na damage.
