"She is tolerable, but not handsome enough to tempt me; I am in no humour at present to give consequence to young ladies who are slighted by other men” (Austen 7).
Darcy immediately makes a judgement on Elizabeth just based off the fact that she was not asked to dance by other men. This first impression sets the views Elizabeth has on Darcy for a majority of the novel.

"She told the story, however, with great spirit among her friends; for she had a lively, playful disposition, which delighted in anything ridiculous” (Austen 7).
Elizabeth makes her judgements on Darcy just from the first impression. Elizabeth immediately wants nothing to do with Darcy as she views him as being self-centered and prideful.

"This is quite shocking! He deserves to be publicly disgraced" (Austen 56).
Elizabeth is shocked by the story Wickham tells her about Darcy stealing his inheritance. She instantly lowers her opinions on Darcy from only one point of view from which we find out is completely incorrect.

"This was praise, of all others most extraordinary, most opposite to her ideas. That he was not a good tempered man had been he firmest opinion. Her keenest attention was awakened, she longed to hear more" (Austen 164).
Elizabeth finally starts to realize that her initial judgements on Darcy may have been rash and undeserved. Now that she is coming closer to understanding Darcy for who he is, she can not reject the affection she has for him.
