Really appreciate the wisdom and experience you bring to the activities, however I think you could maybe let others take the lead during groupwork. Taking a backseat and allowing others to provide input can really do wonders for not only group productivity, but group cohesion as well!

I love how kind you are and interested in helping the group out. I know you are on the more quiet side but I do not think that stops you because you are great at observing. I feel as though if you spoke up you could really contribute to the group.

You have so much experience and smarts, and bring so many valuable ideas and perspectives to our activities. You are truly a joy to be around and you definitely have helped us out in a plethora of ways! My one suggestion for feedback would be for you to sometimes allow for others to take more leadership roles in other activities, as I feel sometimes those who are more quiet may be intimidated to speak due to the passion you have. It is appreciated, but could be toned down to allow for others to pipe up.

You do a very good job at voicing your opinion, and providing the group with feedback on performance during activities. One area of improvement would definitely be attendance, as I think without you there is definitely a noticeable difference in group dynamic.

I did not expect a group to get along well on the get go, but we did and I do not know if it is luck or just that all group members link up with each other to create synergy for everybody. I have learned a lot by being in this group in terms of communicating, identifying roles, themes, emotions, and relations. I am intrigued to learn more.

You are such a fun person to be around! Your comments often liven up the discussion when you're being comedic, and if not then, it always seems orienting and getting the group back in the groove of things. You're good at observing and redirecting, as well as helping improve cohesion during activities with your comments.
One way to improve is that I would love to see you try and communicate a smidge more. You do tend to agree a lot and sometimes I wonder if you have other ideas in your mind that you don't feel are worth sharing (when they totally are)

You are very sweet and you seem to do very well in the role of an observer and follower. You tend to input your own opinions when it feels necessary, and are very good at encouraging and backing up other members.
However, much like what everyone else said, I would love to see you speak more. You're very kind and have good ideas and comments when they're mentioned, but I can't help but feel like you're holding back and I would love to become closer with you!

You've done a wonderful job at not only building cohesion for the group but also helping the group as a whole succeed during the activities. By utilizing critical questioning you have certainly saved the group more than once, and I think if you utilized this skill a little more we would see a big boost in group performance! You are so sweet and kind, and are so easy to talk to! You really help move the conversation along when we get to rough parts, and always get along with group members. You are good at orienting discussion while simultaneously keeping the social aspect alive and it's very noticeable and appreciated!
One way I would improve would be to give more input. You tend to agree a lot, which isn't a bad thing, but I would love to see what ideas and feedback you have. You always have good ideas, so I'm excited to hear more!

You are blunt and I love that. It may come through your sarcasm but I know what you like and do not like so I do not have to second guess myself if my ideas are not favorable because I have you to call me out. This is more of an advise than feedback: it is fun to use sarcasm, but at times sarcasms hurt more than blunt comments because it is like someone in stabbing you with a knife and twisting it to make sure you get it. It can get demeaning where it is not intended. I have not felt that, I am not lying. But I am saying this to make you aware, because I have been the perpetrator and the victim of uncontrolled sarcasm.

Let me be honest, I thought you were going to be a quite girl who did not care about this class. Quiet people have that impression on me. But as you started opening up, I was pleasurable surprised how much you know about social gossip. If I wanted to kill time and talk about random topics which would not matter to the rest of the world, I would call you because I know you would something to say. If you have anything to say, just call out because I am confident you would something smart to say. If I am speaking too much, just call it out.

You are smart Julia and very present. I feel like you underestimate yourself. In my eyes, you are important part of the group because to me, I would consider you as the safety valve. If tensions started to spiral out of control, I am sure you would step to bring harmony amongst people. I like that fact you are people-loving (that is what I assume) and hence I am confident in your abilities to break down tensions and make people think good about others.
