         <description><![CDATA[<div>When water vapor comes together to form little droplets of water.  This happens when the water vapor goes up to the sky and the water vapors condense together to form clouds.  An example could also be when you have a cup with ice, since the stuff inside the cup is so cold the air around it gets cold and water droplets start to condense around the outside of the cup.  Which forms condensation.</div>]]></description>
