We have several social skills groups/lunch groups that work on certain skills students need to master. To meet the independence need of students several students are successfully completing CICO with staff members. They bring them up during other times of the day and tell how they are connected. When a student comes in tardy, I tell them I'm glad to see them instead of asking why they're late.
