SQP must make sure all medications have been ordered in time. 

SQP must ensure that the patient is being prescribed the correct dose for its condition or weight. 

SQP must make sure they remain in what medication they are allowed to prescribed such as POM-VPS and NFA-VPS. 

SQP must make sure they are aware of what medications are not licensed for veterinary use and if a cascade form is required. 

SQP must discuss the medication with the owner and ensure that the client is fully aware of the route of administration, dose, timing and any side affects.
