Here we can find the winter and summer lime tree, oak, hornbeam, maple, ash and beech. Willows grow along the Botič creek, with shrubs and herbs.

Botič is in the lower Vltava river basin. It flows through the territory of the Central Bohemian Region and the capital city of Prague. The length of its flow is 34.5 km (of which 21 km in Prague, 1.2 km in the pipeline).

In the forest park there are benches (even in the water). Hunting in the Forest Park is forbidden; it is a protected cultural area. You can find trash bins in the hunting park. Hostivař park is not polluted. Many species of trees and plants grow here. I recommend going there.

The Hostivař forest park was built as a background for South City - a residential area of Prague. New forest grew up predominantly on agricultural land in the neighborhood. It was not, however, a continuous forest cover, but a forest park  with a dense network of roads and recreational meadows.

The forest park is mentioned on many websites. It has a playground for children. The maintenance is carried out by the city of Prague. It has a protected wildlife.

The extensive nature park with the Hostivař dam offers plenty of sporting activities and activities for families with children.
In addition to a peaceful walk, you can use the free picnic area with a fireplace, walk through the Botič Nature Trail, go cycling along biking trails, go to the sandy beaches of Hostivařská Reservoir, the squash center, the tennis court, the golf course, the swimming pool or the In winter. The park offers activities throughout the year.

In the eastern part of the forest park you can find an ancient fortified settlement; a historic and archaeological monument of the first category. It was densely settled throughout prehistory. 
The oldest evidence of settlement, however, come from the younger Hostivař era. The Celts left their tracks there. Later it was populated in the early Middle Age. The area is almost 7 acres with a large central area and smaller western and northern parts. Today the remains of walls are found there. You can see the model of the settlement found there in the summer.
