PROPIEDADES:
a) Tres veces más resistente a la perforación que el látex.

c) Buena resistencia a la temperatura ( -40 °C a +108 °C)
d) Gran  resilencia (capacidad para absorber  energía cuando se deforma y cederla cuando cesa la deformación).

a) Limpieza de los moldes en una solución ácido nítico y agua templada (0:15 seg)
b) Secado de los moldes en un horno con aire caliente a 120 º C y filtrado (0:35 seg).
c) Se sumergen en una solución de nitrato de calcio. Sustancia que permite que plástico se adhiera al molde (0:40 seg)
d) Se sumergen los moldes en unos tanques que contienen el polímero y posteriormente en un tanque con lejía.
e) Se extraen los guantes del molde.

1º  Inyección soplado. En primer lugar, se realiza la inyección del material en un molde como preforma. Posteriormente, se transfiere ésta al molde final y se procede al soplado con aire comprimido. En el momento en que se enfría, se retira el envase extrayendo el molde.
