I presented a PowerPoint about my interests and hobbies. Which helped me gain confidence when I was speaking infront of an audience I could’ve improved it by making the PowerPoint a bit better and having a louder and more clearer voice

Helped show a white belt kick-boxer how to do a specific move which helped me gain confidence in helping and speaking to others, I did this with clear examples which helped him. I could’ve been a bit louder though

I went to an interview when I enrolled into college

When I go to the gym I ask for help or I help others when spotting them for bench press or whenever they lift more than they originally do.
When I ask for help I ask someone who can lift heavy weights because if you ask someone who’s incapable it could end horribly, this also applies to me if someone is lifting heavier weight than I can help lift because I don’t want to cause injuries to myself or others.

I used teamwork when I help someone at Kickboxing. This is shown when I'm holding the pads for someone or when I'm helping newer people and showing them how to do the correct technique to prevent injuries from not holding the pad properly or injuries when their doing certain punches.

Planned a fitness lesson with lunges, squats, shoulder press and sit ups and had to show the class We planned it and showed it to the class clearly and did good examples of how to do it Could’ve made it a bit longer

volunteered to coach a group of kids at kickboxing. This has a positive impact on my local community as it is getting young people involved in Physical Activity and keeping them out of trouble.

Attended various talks around knife crime, domestic violence and drug use during C&J week. These talks made me aware of dangers we can face in society. By been aware I can keep myself safe and others by spreading the word and making people aware.
