         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sam<br><br>Microwaves use energized light particles to heat food. Since EM waves do not need anything to go through, they will pass directly through the food. The energy interact with the food, and will transfer energy into the atoms in the food. This makes sense because of Conservation of Energy. The energy must go somewhere, and it goes into the food. When the energy passes through the food, and gets transfered it energizes the atoms in the food. This energy in the atoms causes them to move around, and this movement causes friction, and therefore, heat. </div>]]></description>
