         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ancient Greek religion was polytheistic, with a focus on a pantheon of gods and goddesses who were believed to reside on Mount Olympus, they believed in Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Athena, Apollo, Artemis, Ares, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, Hermes, and either Hestia were the twelve major gods. These distinct personalities were worshiped through practices like prayer, libation, and sacrifice. Athens was a democracy, with pursuing a strong navy, while Sparta was a military type of society known for its powerful army and hard training.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

The mountains made it challenging for some states to communicate and engage in trade with other city-states. The seas are a big part of ancient Greek because they wanted to trade with other lands but couldn't get across so they built a bridge</p>]]></description>

At the top of the of the monarchy was the king, the priests, and at the bottom are the farmers citizens, metics, women, and slaves. the Upper Class consisting of the kings, the Middle Class consisting of the priests, the Metics consisting of the medical team, and the Slaves which are the farmers.</p>]]></description>
