The Singapore food trail is open on Tuesdays to Sunday from 10am to 10pm. It has a themed interior design and setting from the past, as well as some makeshift stalls along the roadsides to enhance the retro dining experience. It is normally quite crowded and has never ending queues on Saturday and Sundays as it is on the weekends. We should meet up on Wednesday as I am free and it is a weekday.

I would suggest going on Tuesday at 3.30 p.m., as there will not be too much crowd and it is the only day I am free. I have been there before, and the satay (barbecued meat skewer) is absolutely divine. Your son would love this, because we all know about his tendency to eat mostly barbecued food. I've heard rumors about that stall having a top secret spice in their recipe so you two should really check it out.

I am available on Wednesday as i have home based learning that day. I chose the Singapore food trail centre because it has a wide variety of dishes with stalls that have mastered their crafts for many years, specifically i recommend Alhambra club satay and barbacue chicken as they have mastered their craft of meats for a long time and have passed their recipe through generations of their family.I also chose this as i know my cousin and you love barbacued meats. I also propose that we should reach the Food Trail food court by 12 as to not clash with the lunch crowd.

There is this food court called ‘Singapore Food Trail’. It’s a very special food court as it has an exciting concept dining attraction that will bring back a nostalgic feeling and charm of Singapore in the 1960! There’s also some makeshift stalls along the roadside to enhance the retro dining experience. Monday to Thursday I will be dismissed late and it will be crowded with long queues by then. Their weekends are their busiest day too so I recommend that we should go on a Friday, 1pm as I am dismissed early from school and be able to have lunch with you.

You can go to a food court, Singapore Food Trail, which opens from 10am to 10pm. I think it is best if you go at 11am as you can be there early and find a seat as there would not be crowded. I think that my cousin would enjoy the Bugis Street Ah Huat Hainanese Chicken Rice as chicken rice is the most popular dish in Singapore, another dish is the Changi Village Mei Xiang Char Kway Teow, this dish is an all-time favourite that is close to the locals' heart it also has an irresistible fragrance. Le Bang Bang would surely love it.

I also chose this food court because of its popularity and good reviews on the food. And my parents have brought me there once, i have tried a few of their foods, and i think that my cousin Bob would love it.

I recommend that you go on a Wednesday afternoon at 11 am as people are often working at that time so it would not be as crowded when working people are on their lunch breaks. Since I know you and cousin Ray love eating meat, this food court has a famous store that has been around since 1967. This food stall is called "Alhambra Satay Club Satay & BBQ Chicken". When I went there to try their food, I was shocked as there was a unique taste that I have never tasted before. This store is run by family members only which means it has been passed down for generations, I suggest you try this food stall as they have definitely mastered their craft.

The Hainanese Chicken Rice that they serve is authentic because the recipe was passed downed from the 1970s, plus I was told that you were looking for local foods. I also think that you and my cousin Jay will love the satay and BBQ chicken as I heard that you guys love to eat barbecue meats, plus the store is famous for its satay and chicken wings which are run by family members only.
