You got me onboard RCB in March 2020 and since then it has been a journey of constant learning and improvement. Only after working with you, have I lived the meaning of: "end-to-end", "360 degree", "be on top of it", and "don't drop the ball".


Your clarity of thought, presence of mind, and articulation have always left me in awe. You have always led by example and shown us how and why one should always strive to make a moment "the perfect one" for all. What is it about you that inspires me the most? Your ability to go out there and "own the moment" every single time.


During these years, I have become more committed, disciplined, and alert to my profession, credit goes to you. Your constant push to go the extra mile has made me create some quality stuff, that I never thought I could. Why "recognition" and "honouring one's commitment" matter, is something I have learned from you. I am not writing all this because it's adios time, I genuinely mean it.


As you prepare to write the next chapter of your life, I only wish that it becomes more eventful and memorable than the previous one. Continue to lead, continue to inspire, and continue to achieve. Our cheer will be the loudest from the stands.
