Doctors are not allowed to share your medical records because of the data protection .

A public authority has 21 days for making information available.

Items under exemption include: Printed documents, computer
files, letters, emails, photographs, and sound or video recordings.

There are three offences of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 which are the following:
Unauthorised access to computer material

Unauthorised access with intent to
commit or facilitate a crime

Unauthorised modification of computer
material.

cant keep data for more the specified amount of time

cant sell the private data

Cant edit data without the persons permission

all data is confidential (in some cases)
