         <description><![CDATA[<div>You can be single or married, over the age of 25, and have no criminal record. The rest is an assortment of application documents that must be completed and acquired, such as your DMV driving record, CPR and First Aid Certificates and a physical and TB test. Foster families must be willing to have their homes safety inspected and are required to complete 12 hours of pre-certification training and maintain 12 hours of training annually.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A daily board rate is paid to certified Foster/Adoptive parents to assist with the child’s monthly expenses. The board rate is intended to help with clothing, food, personal hygiene products, a personal allowance for the child and gifts for the child for occasions like birthdays. Foster/Adoptive parents are not paid. The board rate is for the child’s needs. The agency provides for the medical needs of each child, therapy expenses, and evaluations. The child’s worker or supervisor is available to address problems 24-hours a day.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The adopted children have the right to know who their biological parents are, and they should keep in touch with their biological parents because they need their birth parents with them during they are growing up. Some adopter parents don't want to tell the children who their birth parents really are, but I think the children should be given the option whether they want to know their birth parents are. Moreover, the adopted children have blood relationship with their real parents, they are families anyway.</div>]]></description>
