After a tripling of prices for bread, the Sudan people are rioting for freedom and the downfall of the government who has been a dictatorship for over 30 years. May 20th, 2016, Venezuela had a chicken crisis, where the people didn't have access to chicken for almost a month. Since chicken is a major staple in the Venezuelan diet, people were very upset after they couldn't obtain it. Also, after being promised chicken would return and they fell through on their promises, the people began to riot and threaten the president, Nicolas Muduro. 

Solution:  Majora Carter started the sustainable south bronx project, where she began to try and make the South Bronx a better area. In 2015 the South Bronx joined forces with the HOPE program, where they began to improved their green house job training, expanded their partnership of NYC Coolroofs, and been accepted to start solar installation in the bronx.
