         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. Parents need to understand their child's need such as their strength in certain area or their weaknesses in certain area. From here, parents can support their children's need in focusing on both of the children's strength and weakness. </p><p>2. Parents can involved in their child's learning by always asking teacher about what their child had done at school, or anything that their child achieve that day. Parents also can keep track of their child's development and updating the teacher.</p><p>3. Parent teacher partnership is important because parents can get to know their child's achievement at school, while teacher can get to know their student's achievement at home. Besides, parents can always communicate with teacher to know about their child's development. </p><p>4. Teacher and parents can communicate and plan how to support and nurture the children's needs. Parents and teachers also can also discuss to celebrate the children's achievement together so that the children could feel that both teacher and parents are supporting them.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1.The role of parent in supporting gifted children takes main role in child`s success and growth.Parents should encourage their child`s curiosity,independendence and create a safe home environment while providing love and emotional support.Celebrating child`s effort can stimulate him to try his best and may make him even motivated.</p><p>2.Parents can be more involved in their children`s learning by observing their learning process also at home,take part in learning activities .They are responsible to recognize their strengts and provide all needed resources and enrichment opportunities to develop their giftedness.Finally,they can monitor child`s learning achievements,emotional well-being in class through communicating regularly with teacher.</p><p>3.Parent-teacher partnership is really important for child to take consistent support from both sides,at home and at school.They need to work together to set goals by helping child to reach full potential and eliminate difficulties in this way.Consequantly,strong partnership between them leads to success in developing gifted children`s strenght.</p><p><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://4.To">4.To</a> identify and nurture giftedness, there are some ways teachers and families can work together.First,they need to observe child`s behavior,interests at home and school.Second,they need to share important informations to understand child`s needs,emotional well-being and learning style.</p><p>Then they need to set joint plans and goals to support child`s grow and excel.Eventually,both of them should monitor progress and adjust strategies together to continue inspire the children.</p>]]></description>

Ways of getting parents involved in their kids' learning</p><p>The ways to make parents more involved may include participating in the process of learning, providing additional opportunities and sources for gaining knowledge, helping the child to develop and nurture his or her talents, watching over the kid's well-being, and supporting goal setting.</p><p><br/></p><p>3. Reasons for establishing parent-teacher partnership</p><p>The reason for building partnership is that parents should be actively involved in the learning process; therefore, they need to maintain communication, exchange opinions, set goals, discuss achievements, and find solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>4. Ways of identifying and nurturing giftedness</p><p>Both teachers and parents can identify the child's abilities by observing him or her and discussing what the kid likes and does best. Besides, they can cooperate and work on learning goals, help the kid learn something new, and assess his/her performance.</p>]]></description>
