Then reveal which one was actually chosen.
Then, as a whole class, we will fill out a graphic organizer showing the causes and effects of the Smart Phone. After, groups will choose an invention of the past (cotton gin, steam engine, etc) and create a presentation showing the cause and effects of the invention. During presentations, the audience will answer the question “How did this invention affect society?”  For enrichment, students will be asked to create an invention to solve a historical problem such as Child Labor
