Monday

I'm happy I got to volunteer in sharing to the class. It made me feel good as soon as I volunteered myself because honestly I still get shy but I always try to get out of my comfort zone so that I could reach other people and for my voice to be heard. I also felt appreciated when my classmates complimented my design, since I normally don't show my creative side except for myself, it was great showing it to other people too.

Wednesday

I ordered the BTS meal and happily ate nuggets with the different sauces. I am proud to say that I am fan of a K-pop boyband called BTS. Ever since I was in 8th Grade, I've always been an avid fan of their band. They are composed of 7 band members and their songs really inspire me. Even if their songs are in Korean, their music still transcends to me. I believe there is no barrier when it comes to music as long as they give an impact in our hearts.

Tuesday

I watched my favorite anime movie. Violet Evergarden: The movie was a very meaningful film about a girl finding her voice through reaching out to other people. There was a line that struck me and made me realize something. "Words have attitudes, feelings, and hidden meanings. and all that is visible with our eyes, is not everything. but your true feelings... you have to verbalize it, so others will understand." this particular line described my emotions so well that I was able to fully relate and it made me feel grateful for there was a movie that gave a deep meaning and enlightened my life.

Thursday

I finally got my student permit today. I have to acquire this first before I get my driver's license. I am so thankful for my parents who guided and supported me to achieve this. I was also happy that me and my family went to a Korean restaurant and ate bibimbap. Me and my family had a good dinner and I will cherish that simple but big moment in my heart.

Friday

Had a virtual movie date with my special someone. He's in Chicago right now so it's kind of hard to manage the time difference between us but I felt happy that we managed to still find time for each other and watched an anime movie Josee, the Tiger, and the Fish where it revolved about friendship, love, and family. It was a great movie and quite a tearjerker one, I must say.

Saturday

Had a family road trip and I got to wear a cute outfit. It's a black and white minimalistic outfit and I was kind of proud of my getup. I felt happy being able to travel with my family, with of course, still staying safe. Me and my family really love road trips a lot and I love going to new places with them.

Sunday

Went to a carshow with my family. We went to two places this day. First was we went to the carshow which was held at SM Molino. My father is a car enthusiast, and I could say my brother already likes cars too. I like seeing cars as well, but not as avid as my dad hehe. We then went to Tagaytay afterwards to eat dinner. We had Japanese foods, where we ordered katsudon, soba noodles, and sushi.

Monday

I finally got to workout after being hiatus for several days. Working out has been a part of my daily routine, and without it I feel incomplete. I wasn't able to do my usual workout from the past days due to a busy schedule, but today I was finally able to make up for those days that I missed. This is because I want to keep a healthy lifestyle and maintain to be fit. I also managed to fix my headphones today without the help of my brother since he's much more adept in technology than me but I was able to fix it on my own so yay!

Tuesday

I cleaned my grandfather's car together with my brother. It was nice to the feeling to be able to clean Lolo's car because taking care of his belongings also feels like taking care of him. I also started the engine of the car, since it has been a while since the last time I made a manual car work. I spent a nice time with my brother whom I don't always bond with but we are still close as brothers and sisters since I am the eldest of my 2 siblings.

Wednesday

I cooked dumplings since it grew as a favorite dish of mine. I'm happy my family liked it. Fried dumplings taste so much better when it's cooked with love. That will always be the secret ingredient when it comes to cooking.

Thursday

I got to recite in class. This simple thing is already enough of a happy moment for me because as I have stated earlier, I still find it difficult to overcome being open and going out of my comfort zone. However, I am learning to be the best version of myself and continuously strive for improvement.

Friday

I took part in leading the group and also took initiative to start. It feels good to cooperate with team members for because not only does it increases productivity, but it also promotes teamwork as well. Good communication is also necessary to be able to achieve a shared goal.

Saturday

I honestly did not have a good day today because our dog passed away, but I am grateful for all the memories that we shared. I will always forever cherish all the moments in my heart. I will miss him so much, but I know he is already in a good place now. No dog can ever replace him, for he was a precious one. Rest easy, Hearty.

Sunday

I watched Forrest Gump with my family tonight. This movie really made a big impact on me. It had so many meaningful life lessons such as always staying true to your words. Forrest was indeed a man of his word, and he is the most generous and loving man.  His simplicity really touched my heart and I found him really inspiring because he is who he is and he does not pretend to be someone else, but always stays true to himself.

Monday

Spent this day with my family. We watched a movie again as usual for we always have family movie nights. I also bonded with my little sister today. I like getting along and spending time with them, they make me feel at ease and also they put me at comfort. Family soothes my soul and heart.

Tuesday

I practiced singing for a talent show. Ever since high school, I've always liked to sing. I used to be part of the school choir from Junior High School until Senior High School. Sometimes when I feel like taking a break and rest for a bit, I do singing. It relieves my stress and makes me feel good.
