Contrary to popular (gr-a) opinion, living in a flat has many benefits. One of the main advantages is that people can easily get to all the places they need for a comfortable life. This is because apartments are usually located in a town where there is access to public transport and besides, the majority of the population also works in cities. Moreover, this type of housing is much more convenient to maintain. For example, there is no need to heat the oven, take care of the garden and cleaning is easier compared to a house. As a result, it is clear that living in an apartment is better than living in a house.

In my opinion, (it's not an opinion essay) a developed tourism industry is the most wonderful and honest way to enrich your region. First of all, the prepared infrastructure can attract many investors to this country. Anyone will want to give money to the place where he liked it. Moreover, the developed tourism industry will give (lex-bring) a lot of money to local souvenir sellers, (no comma before because) because everyone wants to buy a lot of memorabilia from their vacation.

However, some people disagree with this opinion. They think that a lot of extra people (lex), tourists, will litter a lot and the problem of environmental pollution will be very relevant (lex - relevant is very important). Solving this problem will cost the government too much.

Despite my respect for the opponent's opinion, I cannot agree with this. The problem of pollution can be solved by promoting cleanliness or high fines, many tourists will think twice before throwing out a piece of paper or a jar near the attraction.

Thus, tourism is a very promising branch of the economy, therefore in the modern world it is necessary to develop both tourism within Russia and abroad.

Nowadays developing tourism is a popular way to get money for the country, but this choice has its drawbacks too. This essay will examine the advantages and disadvantages of tourism and provide a logical conclusion.

The two main advantages of developing tourism are the increasing number of job openings for locals and good (gr - a good influence) influence on the economy. To begin with, because of developing tourism hundreds of locals can find a work. (lex - job) The more tourists come to the country, the more hotels, restaurants, guided tours and even souvenir shops are needed. It is a common knowledge that tourist in a new country has a lot of needs that should be satisfied by opening new organizations and hiring more workers. Moreover, the tourism improves all spheres of life in a country. Tourists (gr - tourists ARE) usually ready to pay for satisfying their needs more than locals. For example, cafes and souvenir shops near some tourist places are more expensive than in the sleeping areas. As a result, many organizations get more money and the economy of the country has its boost.

However, tourism also has some negative points like being harmful for historical places and developing of illegal activities. Firstly, many famous tourist places are ancient buildings or fragile statues. A lot of attention and touches can have a bad influence on their outlook. Secondly, a group of tourists attracts attention of some kind of cheaters and robbers. At least (log) a person can be fooled easily if he or she does not know the local language. However, the proper control by the government is able to minimize the risks.

To sum up, although tourism has its drawbacks like risks of destructions (gr - destruction) or increasing crime, it has a positive impact on the economy of the country and locals employment.  (gr - locals' employment) I am absolutely convinced that these benefits of tourism outweigh its drawbacks.

As for the two main advantages of tourism, we can talk about the development of a business aimed at working with tourists, as well as about increasing jobs for local residents. Firstly, the high demand for tourists to visit a particular country leads to an undoubted increase in the services provided by travel agencies, hotels, souvenir shops, guides. It means that people spend more money on such services. Moreover, for transportation, cafes, shops, pharmacies. Secondly, the development of businesses and various companies to attract tourists leads to an increase in vacancies. However, tourism also has some major disadvantages like the development of an illegal economy and the high expenses of maintaining a deteriorating environment. In addition, the environment is polluted by tourists who often do not litter (word order) in the woods and on the street, carelessly treating nature. Thus, states have to spend more money on solving emerging environmental problems.

To sum up, tourism has negative sides such as illegal business and environmental problems. However, it helps to develop the country's economy by attracting a huge number of tourists, to work with whom different areas of business with the provision of services cannot but develop. (log?) The main two benifits (spelling) of tourism are replenishment of the state budget due to foreigners’ expenses and better reputation of the country. Firstly, tourists spend a lot of money on their vacations in other countries. These countries, for example, benifit (spelling) by providing hotels, unique excursions to local attractions, serving tourists in restaurants. All these things seriously improve (lex - not correct collocation) the economy of tourist places. Secondly, states that accept tourists are well-known in the world as good ones. Foreigners return from these countries and tell their friends and relatives about their trips, so more and more people want to visit tourist places. It can be not only tourism, but also business trips or even migration. It develops the economy of these states, as they get more money and probably more workers.

However, there are some issues connected with tourism. The major two ones are national and cultural conflicts and increasing in fraud. Different nationalities have different cultures, and there may be conflicts between foreigners caused by incompatibility of mentalities (lex- mindsets) in places with many tourists. It can result in increasing (in the increase in crime rate) the crime rate. Moreover, tourists always want to save as much money as possible. As a result, a lot of scammers appear to cheat them and earn money in an unfair way. It brings negative impressions about a country and can undermine the reputation. However, these problems may be solved by offering cultural guides to foreigners, as well as instructions on how to protect yourself from frauds. Besides, the police should work effectively.

In conclusion, in spite of some disadvantages of tourism, such as increasing (an increase in crime rate) the crime rate and fraud, there are many benifits (spelling) like the budget revenues and better country reputation. I believe that these advantages outweigh problems.

Firstly, tourists love visiting famous destinations since it is basically the main reason for travelling. Of course, they spend a lot of money on getting to the place and living nearby for a while. All that money adds up to an obedient part (lex) of national income which is obviously an advantage. Secondly, not only (gr-Do) people want to save memories of the trip in their mind, but also to share them with others. This is beneficial for both people and the country. And (log - don't start a sentence with and and but) here is why: people upload pieces of their impressions on social media attaching them to physically existing “memory wall” which they can return to any time they like. Talking about the country, it receives a nice pr campaign inevitably conducted by all the bloger-travellers (sp - blogger).

However, tourism has some pronounced disadvantages such as (gr - a) sizeable cost of maintaining all the attractions in a good condition and (the) necessity to restore some buildings damaged by tourists. To start with, it may seem that it is only necessary to keep an eye on these marvelous places only shortly before people come to watch them and to take photos, but in fact the government must not take their eyes off (the) ball and keep up the potential sources of income otherwise building them up from ashes may cost a fortune.  (log- the sentence is too long) Furthermore, there is always a high chance that the buildings will be damaged on purpose or unintentionally. As a result, the country has to splash out on covering these effects of tourism.

Nevertheless, competent management and proper distribution of money and people responsible for tourism industry can help solve these problems. To conclude, although tourism has some obvious disadvantages, it has extremely positive impact on overall country’s well-being. I believe that these benefits of tourism outweigh its drawbacks.

As a result, Internet makes it much easier to connect with people.

However, communication on the Internet has some major disadvantages like less time spend outside and bad health and eyesight. To begin with, with the help of the Internet, you can do almost everything and do not have to leave home, which leads to addiction in some people. Moreover, a lot of people give preference to a simple call instead of a meeting over a cup of coffee. In addition, spending a huge amount of time looking at the screen of your electronic device leads to poor health. For instance, in the modern world the majority of the population has vision problems, and even teenagers have back problems. Nevertheless, responsible behavior about your condition and being able to intelligently combine time spent on the phone and meetings with real people, can help with avoiding health problems.

To sum up, although online communication has certain negative effects, it can help people to connect from all over the world in a matter of moments. I am convinced that these benefits outweigh its drawbacks.

There is an opinion that the Internet helps people be more united. However, others believe that the Internet promotes separation of people.

In my opinion, online technologies allows - gr people to be closer to each other. Firstly, thanks to the Internet, it is possible to communicate with people over the world without spending time and money on traveling. For example, we can talk to our friends in other countries, businessmen can easily interact with foreign colleagues without business trips. Secondly, in the online space people can share information more effectevely - sp, than through books, newspapers and journals. For example, scientists can publish their articles in their websites, information about local events is spread via social networks, etc. It results in people being more aware of each other and the world at all.

However, there is an opinion that the Internet disconnects people. It can be explained by the fact that nowadays, for many of them it is preferable to do something online than go out. As a result, people less communicate - word order face to face.

I cannot agree with this statement. People who have problems with communication skills have existed in all times. Before the advent of the Internet, such people had serious problems, as they cannot - gr interact with others without troubles. Nowadays, they can communicate with other people at least via the Internet. Besides, some people are simply too busy to interact with others face to face, so online technologies are savation - lex for them.

In conclusion, in spite of the opinion that the Internet makes people be alone, I am convinced that online technologies help them become clother - sp. We should use modern technologies to interact with each other and the world.

So, the possibilities of the Internet allow us to stay in touch with relatives and friends who have left the country in search of a better life. Secondly, there are many dating sites and social networks that help to meet interesting people from different parts of the world. Thus, a person can learn more about various cultures and mentalitetas - sp, practice foreign languages and even find his or her destiny.

However, online communication also has some major disadvantages like loss of soft-skills and deterioration of oral speech. Interaction on the Internet leads to distraction from real life, for example, people learn to work less offline in a team, solve conflicts and problems. So, this makes it difficult to acquire important skills for working in large companies and living in society. Moreover, a person may develop a language barrier, because online communicating, various dictionaries and translators can help to compose a thought correctly. In life, a person can simply get lost and will not be able to connect pairs of words.

To sum up, online communication has negative sides such as deterioration of speaking and soft skills. However, it helps to communicate with relatives who have left for another country, as well as make new friends. I believe that these benefits outweigh its drawbacks.

Nowadays almost every teenager goes to a university. Some people believe that it is more comfortable and enjoyable to study in a university near their hometown. However, there are some who believe that attending a university abroad is more beneficial.

I am absolutely convinced that studying nearby has lots of - too informal advantages. Firstly, staying in a hometown means that a person will get support from his or her relatives. A student will always have some food in the fridge and a possibility to get an advice from parents. Secondly, choosing a university in a hometown protects from some expenses. For example, a student do not - gr  need money for tickets from one town to another.

However, there is an opposite opinion which states that studying far away from home is a perfect idea. For example, attending a university somewhere abroad gives an opportunity to live without a parents` control. As a result, a student can go to sleep whenever he or she wants and eat unhealthily.

These words may sound reasonable, but they lack sufficient ground due to the idea, that without a parents` control a student may become absolutely disorganized. It is a common knowledge that teenagers that were grown in caring family will have troubles with looking after themselves and it often leads to problems in a university.

To sum up, the question of studying near or far away from THE hometown is controversial. However, I still hold my opinion and believe that staying at home is a better idea than attending a university somewhere abroad.

Nowadays there are some people who have a considerable amount of money. It may seem that they are the happiest ones, but in fact being extremely rich has its drawbacks. This essay will examine the advantages and disadvantages of having an enormous amount of money and draw a logical conclusion.

The two main advantages are comfortable travelling and the access to a high-quality medical treatment. Firstly, when one owns a fortune, he or she can afford visiting the most picturesque places in the world, going to famous museums, enjoying the rarest pieces of art such as portraits, sculpture or ceramics. In addition, rich people can even make a feature film about their travel and make some extra money from it. Secondly, big money allows to have the best possible medical treatment if some accident happens. Moreover, not only can one receive this treatment, but they also can “donate” it to whoever they wish. (great use of inversion!!!) It can be relatives or some stranger who needS an expensive surgery or something like that.

However, an abundance of money has some major disadvantages like paying bigger taxes and the necessity to be a highly responsible person. To start with, many countries oblige rich people to pay higher taxes which is slightly disappointing. To continue, big money requires special treatment and financial literacy, otherwise they fade away.

However, as it has already been mentioned, the proper management and careful spending give the opportunity to enjoy being well-off despite all the side effects of having big money.
