Focus on EU as trading partner and a global multiplier 

Wind up functions that we no longer need. Showing that we have different relatnipship with the EU

If a deal - standing up/servicing the new structures mandated by the deal

Some discussions likely to continue - e.g. SC on HR is set to continue regular discussions going forward 

Some teams may be bigger - e.g. engagement team will continue to have a large role to play from Jan 2021. But live questions here as to the ability of UK to asssert influence over EU fora 

Engagement with UKMis will have to continue, including their work with the EU on managing residual risk

- Some of the things we are going to be doing will need to be in London - more outreach in London EU embassies

- our role in shaping the EU will change 
- The way we will have to operate will change and the levers will be different as a result 
- Promoting the UK after we leave - being more active in a space where we are normally passive
