The main reasons for global bees-decline are industrial agriculture, parasites/pathogens and climate change.

I think the facts that this quote is bringing up is important. Because the climate changing so quickly the bees have to change with it. Its calenging bees having to cange from summer to winter.

This was a disaster not just for beekeepers: in most countries honey bees are the main pollinator of crops 

I think this is a important fact made by the bee keeper because the bee Kepler are the people that need the bees the most and if the bees are dieing they will not be able to run there farm and they would kill farms because bees are a main pollinator for the plants.

Yes, they make your lawn look pristine and pretty, but they’re actually doing the opposite to the life in your biosphere. The chemicals and pest treatments you put on your lawn and garden can cause damage to the honeybees systems.

I think they are telling me that the chemicals that people put in there garden will affect they way the bees are getting the pollen.Just because we think that putting the chemicals on your plants keep the weeds out but they also keep the bees out.

The bees have been dropping off for a while, and scientists have been scrambling to find out why.McFarland said there are 37 different fruits and vegetables that rely on the honeybee for production. The U.S. exports cotton, a crop that also needs the honeybee for pollination. If bees continue to be an endangered species, prices could skyrocket or the product could cease to exist.

This person has worked with bees every day and its frightening to see a large population of the bees die.It is important that while the bees are still here we need to do everything that might help the bees in the smallest way like planting bee friendly plants.
