And while things are settling back down we have to make sure they fall in place where we want them, not necessarily where they were prior to the pandemic. This is a great opportunity to change processes that did not work before. There are so many resources available now to provide additional opportunities for independent work and incorporate time for small groups or 1-on-1s.
