         <description><![CDATA[<div>Question for MariLuz Genao regarding current benefits of LPT vs.long-term ELLs who are lingering in ENL programs, due to the nature of their disability/disabilities ( LPT team did not exist several years ago). Is NYSED considering exempting the latter students from taking the NYSESLAT, as over time they become English dominant, yet they are not meeting assessment criteria to "test out" of ENL services?<br>Thank you.</div>]]></description>
