Jepe Mansisi an Italian who lead the revolutionary group the young Italians. The Italian Unification was fought between the Italians and the Austrian Empire. However Italy had lost that war. Later on 1861 under King Victor Emmanuel II made it a nation. The Sardinia part of Italy was the most powerful at the time.

These people lead the Italian Unification. King Victor Emmanuel II of Italy, Camillo Benso, Count of Cavour, Giuseppe Garibaldi, and Giuseppe Mazzini. They were all apart of the new government. Some of them where generals and politic leaders.

Revolution of 1848 failed in its attempt to unify the German speaking states. The German Confederation battled in three wars. A war with Denmark, Prussia, and the Franco-Prussian war. All three wars where a successful and gained more power. Prussia had its power in the new founded Germany up until WW1

Brazilian Independence

Prince Dom Pedro declared Brazil's independence from Portugal. That led to a two year war for independence. Brazil did not win that war. However Spain and France invaded Portugal so then Brazil got its independence. Portugal was weakend by these attacks.

José Bonifácio de Andrada a Brazilian leader asked for Pedro to declare independence from Portugal. Getúlio Vargas led an armed rebellion against Portugal. However they lost and failed that attempt. They gained independence later on from a war in Europe.
