         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Day 1</strong><br>Today is my first day doing SIEP 3 at Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station. I have been introduced to my other co-workers by the owner of the restaurant. Since this is the first day of my internship, the owner Miss Premila asked me to handle the cashier department since she felt that the first day should start with simple work and soon I can learn more on Food and Beverages (F&amp;B) daily routine duty. So as a part of my first day internship, i have handled the cashier department and customers are happy with the reasonable price charged towards them. The feedback from customers regarding the taste of the food which is delicious and the customers feel affordable with the price list provided in our restaurant shows the quality of the restaurant service provided towards customers. As a part of worker in Renga Salt and Pepper Curry Station, I feel so comfortable with the environment and happy working with other co-workers. I am waiting for the next day as I am excited with the job given at Renga Salt and Pepper Curry Station.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Day 2</strong><br>Today is my second day doing SIEP 3 at Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station. For today my owner asked me to follow the task given by the manager of the restaurant. Since this is the second day of my internship, my manager asked me to handle the beverages department. So I was guided by the manager of the Food and Beverages, Mr. Supramaniam in where he taught me on how to prepare drinks and serve to the customers. I have learned more on preparing drinks for dine in and take away. Besides that, I have implemented the knowledge I learned by preparing drinks at my home because even the manager told me to try prepare drinks since it will be useful for me to learn and can use the knowledge in future if i own an own restaurant or manage the food and beverage department. I also feel like i have learned something important from my internship today.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Day 3</strong><br>Today is my third day doing SIEP 3 at Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station. Today my manager asked me to handle the washing section. So as taught by the other workers i followed their instructions on how to wash properly and using the correct amount of dish-washing liquid to apply on the plates and cups. I found it is useful to use the washing skills even at home. So once after the customers finish enjoying their meal, I will take away the plates, throw the waste foods into the dustbin provided and bring it to the washing basin for cleaning process. Even though it seems to be a tiring task, I am happy because it will be useful for me even for the future purpose. Apart from that, the manager appraise me for cleaning properly and the customers are satisfied with the cleanliness of the plates and cups. The manager told me that tomorrow I will start for simple cooking in the kitchen such as cutting vegetables and stir the curry. So for today I have completed the cleaning process and feel satisfied for the task done.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Day 4</strong><br>Today is my fourth day doing SIEP 3 at Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station. Since it is my fourth day as mentioned by my manager earlier, he will teach me for simple cooking method. My manager inform me that everyday the restaurant will have many customers so I need to work faster and serve the customers without getting complaint for late order. So my manager asked me to prepare "Roti Canai" since it is one of the most demand food in our restaurant. So i have been taught by the worker who have 5 years experience in cooking and he taught me patiently. After learned on how to prepare "Roti Canai" I tried to make one and did it. But as you can see it is not perfect but I did my level best for my first attempt in preparing "Roti Canai". So for today, I have learned on how to prepare a simple food for my customers and they gave a positive feedback for the smoothness of the food. I feel satisfied and my manager told to me that it will be a more difficult task for me in the upcoming days because it will be useful for me as I can gain knowledge and learn on how to cook more foods.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Day 5</strong><br>Today is my fifth day doing SIEP 3 at Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station. So for today, as it is weekday my manager asked me to prepare drinks as there will be many customers pass by our restaurant during lunch and tea time. It is because our restaurant is located nearby industrial area and offers food &amp; beverages with an affordable price. Since i am an internship student, my manager, Mr. Supramaniam said that it is not wrong to teach many times regarding on how to prepare food and drinks because it takes plenty of time to learn on how to cook and prepare drinks. Mr. Supramaniam (Manager) taught me on how much amount of ice cubes to put and the amount of hot water to be used to prepare for a glass of ice and hot drinks respectively. As a part of experience so that I wont make any mistake during preparing drinks, my manager asked me to prepare and serve drinks to customers. It will took about 1-2 minutes to prepare drinks when we learn quickly and gain more experience. I feel so glad that I have learned on how to prepare drinks better and serve to customers without getting complaint for late service.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Day 6</strong><br>Today is my sixth day doing SIEP 3 at Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station. So for today, I have done cooking chicken with onion. This is quite hard task as mentioned by my manager, Mr. Supramaniam. It is quite dangerous because I used cooking oil to fry the chicken and onion. It could harm us if not stir correctly and not in proper way of cooking. So as a part of safety, my owner gave to each of the workers an apron. Luckily i was guided by Mr. Kannan who is one of the cook for Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station on how to cut chicken, onion, and also pour the amount of oil into the frying pot "Kuali". I have learned on how to cut chicken into small pieces and even cut vegetables into small pieces too. For this weekend, I have learned on how to cook food properly with guidance of experienced workers. Besides that I have prepare foods for the customers and it takes around 10 minutes to fry and prepare fried rice with onion chicken. The price is affordable at RM 5.50 for a plate of fried rice with a lot amount of rice. I feel so comfortable with the working place since I have learned many skills and knowledge in just 6 days.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Day 7 </strong><br>Today is my seventh day doing SIEP 3 at Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station. So today is sunday and one of the weekend in where many customers will come to the restaurant. The customer's demand in the restaurant is more for "Roti Canai", "Chapati" and "Thosai" compare to rice and other heavy meals. There are some customers prefer eating food with vegetarian dishes. So my manager Mr Supramaniam told me to bring "Roti Canai acuan" which have been packed neatly to ensure no insects to go into it and for hygienic purpose. So as a part of being cooking assistant today, I am handling the task on bringing the starch, egg, sugar, oil and other materials as my manager told that I should do task because there are many customers to be handled on every weekend especially. So for today all the workers will need to work hard and deal with many customers as a part of busy day. I am happy for the task given today because I have learned on how to serve faster and help my co-workers especially by supporting them and complete the tasks given without burdening others by doing nothing. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Day 8</strong><br>Today is my 8th day doing SIEP 3 at Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station. So for today I am doing the previous task given which is taking order and serving food and drinks to the customers. Apart from that, the customers are regular to the shop and I find they are friendly to the all the workers. So for today I have took order from the customer in which they ordered drinks since it is during tea time. My manager told me to prepare drinks as usual since I feel I am good in preparing drinks and have learned on it. Besides that, the customers praised the workers for being hygienic and more concern on the cleanliness of the restaurant. In addition, all the workers took turn in cleaning the floor by sweeping, mopping, and also wipe the table and arrange the chairs. So for today since left two more days to go, I have been given the task to handle the cleanliness of the restaurant for three days including today. This is because my owner prefer and focused more on the hygienic of the restaurant and the customer's satisfaction. For today I feel very confident and feel changes in my character of being more diligent.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Day 9</strong><br>Today is my 9th day doing SIEP 3 at Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station. So as mentioned earlier, my manager asked me to handle the cleanliness task. For today, I have done my work by taking away the customers plates and wash it properly. Before I wash those plates, I have throw away the waste foods into the rubbish provided in the restaurant. Because only left one more day for my internship, my manager asked me to handle the task given precisely. This is because he said that I need to learn to be more diligent and hardworking so that my future will be bright and can get job at any places related with hospitality job. Besides that, I have learned more on how to keep the restaurant to be neat and clean and indirectly satisfied the customers. Moreover, my manager said that he won't follow me to see my task activities because he have confident and trust towards me that I will finish the tasks given on time and precisely. I feel so happy with the tasks given and will use the experience by implementing the tasks at home and other restaurants in the future. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Day 10</strong><br>Today is my last day which is my 10th day doing SIEP 3 at Renga Salt &amp; Pepper Curry Station. Because today is my last day doing my internship, so my manager asked me to handle the beverages department. It is because every weekdays there will be quite a number of customers especially indians because most of them will take fasting by eating vegetables foods. Customers too will come after they finished their work or during lunch time because most of them working at industrial area will pass by and eat in the restaurant. Most of them will come to eat the "Roti Canai" and buy drinks because the weather is quite hot as usual. So as you can see earlier last week Friday, I did the same task which is handling the beverages department. So my co-worker Mr. Muthu, guided me to prepare hot drinks especially tea and coffee because our restaurant is famous for its coffee which "Ruku's Suku Coffee" in which 1kg of coffee will finish in less than one week. In addition, I have prepared it nicely and have the good taste, said by the customers. My 10 days of internship seems like to be finished so early and i miss the working experience and my co-workers and the moments of happy and sorrow I have past through the 10 days. My owner and manager thanked me for helping them for the past 10 days including today and asked me to learn more in the future. Moreover, I won't forget them for giving me the opportunity to do my internship for my SIEP 3 for 10 days. I have thanked the owner and manager so much because they won't force the workers to do much work and gives us space to relax and never to forget giving me free food and drinks as a part of my contribution to the restaurant. I feel so lucky to be one of their worker and happy for my internship for the 10 days.</div>]]></description>
