My name is Maria Teresa Rugna teacher of Primary School, Ambassador etwinning since 2013 and since 2022 Ambassador Erasmus School. Joining the etwinning community was an opportunity to experiment with a channel of innovation and enter a European dimension. Over the years I have created groups and carried out eTwinning projects both as a founder and as a participant with national and European awards.

Hi, everybody! I’m an English teacher from Corigliano-Rossano, in Calabria, in the south of Italy. I teach in a Middle School. I started my career as a teacher in 1989. I’d like to improve my knowledge collaborating with other colleagues from different countries. I am interested in projects related to the use of new technologies to involve my students in new activities that develop their digital skills, and also mine. My name 's Concetta Ianni Lucio and I live in Corigliano-Rossano, an amazing town on the Ionian Sea, Calabria.I've been an English teacher in a Junior High School for 37 years.
This job has given me the opportunity to meet hundreds children and to cooperate with lots of colleagues. In my free time I enjoy reading, travelling, walking. I'm excited to start another project to meet friends from all over Europe. As teachers we have a great responsability and to motivate students we should teach with passion and love , and I love to make learning exciting and interesting. I am Eugenia and I am a teacher at Pano Polemidia - Karmiotissa Primary School in Limassol, Cyprus. I have worked as a teacher for the last 30 years. This year I work with pupils in the fifth grade. I have joined other etwinning projects in the past, so I was very glad when Yiota invited me to join this project. I like cooperating with other teachers in Europe and exchanging ideas for making our students more interested in learning. I think that our project will motivate the pupils to become more conscious and sensitive on enviromental issues. Additionally, it will give them a chance to work using technology and new methods. Let's try to make our pupils reduce waste!

I am Maria Rosa Varì, although everyone has always called me Rossella.
I have been teaching at the secondary school "V. Tieri" in Corigliano Rossano since 2010 Italian, History and Geography. I have been working as a teacher for 25 years. For me this is my first participation in Etwinning and I am really happy about this because I like to know how schools in other European countries work and to exchange experiences. I also find this project useful for my pupils to improve in their awareness of the importance of protecting the environment and the resources of our planet and also in their digital skills. My debut in the working world began with a three-year employment contract at a consultancy office where I worked as an accountant. I then worked as a substitute coordinator and administrative assistant. From 1993 until 2014/2015 I worked as a kindergarten teacher in both a common position and a support basis.
Since 2015 I have worked at the Casopero Compehensive Institute of Ciro Marina, Province of Crotone, Calabria region Primary School where I teach mathematics. These combined work experiences share the common denominator of the importance of relating to others.
They have helped me to be more adaptable and to broaden my skills as a teacher. I have learned how important it is to both understand and relate to others.

During my ten-years of teaching and on support with mostly autistic children, I have been prompted to research and experiment with different strategies in the classroom. Collegial discussions have been invaluable to enrich my teaching methodologies and dynamics in individual classes and also to create both a communicative and positive social climate. These collegial relationships filter down to the students to help create positive attitudes and responses among the staff and students at the school.

I am happy to have the opportunity to compare classroom experiences and cooperate with colleagues from other countries for the realization of projects. Through this experience I also enrich my professional skills and become a better communicator.

Hi, I am a support teacher. I believe in the inclusive value of the school, that it can offer everyone the same opportunities. Working with kids is always a new experience, I never get bored at work. I am a creative person, I also love technologies very much and I always look for new ideas.
