Hello, my name is Luis Diaz, I am from Colombia, I work in a boat, I am single but I have a girlfriend, I have one child,  I'm 44 years old, I study political science in la UNAD, I like to work out on weekends. 

 

Descripción de su residencia. 

I live in Bogotá, Colombia but I also go to Panamá sometimes, I live with my girlfriend, I live in an apartment, I like where I live, it is pretty and big but I want to move to another place sometime in the future. 

 

I get up at 8:00 am, I eat breakfast at 8:30 am, I have oats, banana and coffee for breakfast, I go to work by car, I take lunch at 12 pm, I have protein, rice, salad and beans for lunch, I go back home at 6 pm, I have protein and a cookie or bread, I go to bed at 10:00 pm, I work out and I clean the house on weekends, I study english sometimes in a week.

Si, en efecto practiqué y estudie las enseñanzas de los 4 E-books.

¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?
Lo mas importante para mí fue como describir los números del 100 al millón en ingles. 

¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿Por qué?
Si, por que el ingles es tan importante hoy en día ya que funciona como complemento y requisito para laborar en muchos trabajos 

¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?
En mi vida laboral me funciona ya que a veces toca hablar con algún personal de barco que no hable español.
