There immunity takes longer to fight off any bacterial that will harm the body. Wisdom does comes with advancing age because the older you are the more you mature and learn. I find that older people have respect respect for others and give advice because they want us to learn from them. Older people love to guide the younger generation in the right directions . Sometimes its easy for older people to adapt to new things because they enjoy learning. Older people misplace things more often because the older you get your memory tends to decrease. Older people are more relax and laid back it's rare that they get ticked off.  Older people  have larger vocabulary because they enjoy talking with others. I enjoy being with the elderly. You can find a quiet nice neighborhood full of elderly people. I do not think older people have any power with business and politics. Some old people fine it very easy to adjust when the situation is at demand because they have no problem obeying the rules. Most old people do not like to retire  when it's time because they are use to staying busy. Some old people have a great since of humor and comprehend very easily. I find that older workers does not like to stay out of work they love to keep pushing. Older people love to work in a safe and healthy environment. Most older people are bad at remembering other names.

I find that it is great to work with the elderly. I also behave very well in the workplace and show great leadership with helping the elderly. I actually enjoy having conversation with the elderly. Sometimes you may find a few elderly people that do not have great sociable skills with the younger generation but I still respect them. I actually work with the elderly which I highly enjoy. I learn a lot from them. They are the people that keep me going, we have fun together with lots of laughter. Ageism is not what a practice I practice love with those little people.
