I think we've generally defined resources as printed materials (i.e. toolkits, guides, etc). My hope is that we add some sort of person to person engagement with the resources we already have.

I think of this as an advocacy "arsenal" (forgive the weapons language). But a deep well of tools that connect to one another and speak to a variety of experience levels.

What is engagement vs organizing?

Where does PWJ role fall - it's advocacy but it has historically worked with PWJ coordinators even though coordinators may not be doing PWJ work as defined by GBCS

Organizing framework/strategic vision - evaluation of the effectiveness of our programming

What is our vision and our goals as an agency and how can education - engagement - organizing - advocacy contribute to this with our programs? Are the programs we're doing contributing to this vision and to this goal? This also addresses the problem of departments being siloed as well as what resourcing looks like for our base - hard to know when we don't know what we are working toward.
