Jurong is also easily reachable as there are many routes and train station lines  leading to Jurong.

Jurong has multiple day care centres for its elderly which are conveniently located near the void deck of a block . hence , it is easily accessible not only for the elderly but for their care takers [ sons and daughters] who may have to head to work and need someone to help take care of them during that period. 

The traffic in jurong is not as congested as in the central business district and houses there at sold at a cheaper rate than those in town making it more affordable for newly weds or people who want to start a family etc .
There are alot of shop houses and supermarkets which open for most of the day which cater to the people's daily needs .
Jurong is not near any city area either, thus making it quiet at night
Jurong is also home to hospitals namely ng teng fong. hospital which makes it more convenient for.people  staying there as there are alot of.healthcare facilities

Jurong Point -
Jurong point is currently one of the biggest shopping malls in the jurong area . it caters to all kinds of needs as it has two food courts and many eateries as well . other than that , it also has two supermarkets namely fairprice which helps to sell things which people may need for daily life etc. it also has a efficient bus and train transport system which ensures people are able to get to desired destinations on time .

Science Centre -
The Science Centre is a place that many kids enjoy visiting. There are many science items in the Science Centre that kids or even some scientist-aspiring teens may look forward to and never get bored of. Kids can get to enrich themselves with extra knowledge and learn things in a more fun manner rather than always sitting down in the classroom .

Jurong East - Jurong east is home to not only the popular shopping malls there that teenagers often frequent with their friends, it also houses the Japanese and Chinese gardens which is perfect for the elderly as they are retired and they may want to spend their time there admiring the scenery .

Jurong Lake Gardens - It is a not only a big and fun playground for kids but it is also a good place for strolling and exercising for people of all ages .
