         <title>Farm Life </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The colonist developed an economy based on farming,</p><p>buying and selling goods, and arts and crafts. 9 out of </p><p>10 people live on a small family&nbsp;farm. The farmers produce and</p><p>&nbsp;make everything they need to survive. They live in a big 1 </p><p>&nbsp;roomed house&nbsp;where they eat, sleep, cook, etc. &nbsp;Last is there&nbsp; </p><p>days are very long. Every morning they get up at the crack of</p><p>dawn and get to work by doing&nbsp;stuff around</p><p>the farm there chores and so on.</p>]]></description>

         <title>City Life</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In 1750 1 out of 20 people lived in a city. Most </p><p>people liked living in the relaxing country but instead </p><p>the city is loud, stinky, and wild. The people in cities </p><p>mostly depended on many trades and craft development </p><p>They had big houses mostly maid of wood with thatched roofs</p><p>and in the city animals run wild through the streets&nbsp;as they please.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

         <title>Religon</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Religion was a important part of </p><p>colonial life. Most colonist tried to</p><p>lead good lives based on their faiths.</p><p>Church was a really big deal back then.</p><p>You had to go to church every Sunday&nbsp;</p><p>and sometimes houses were even </p><p>searched to make sure everybody was </p><p>at church. Also in the 1730's The Great </p><p>Awakening began which revived </p><p>religious felling and helped spread </p><p>the idea that people are equal. </p>]]></description>

Sometimes they would play tag and other </p><p>games like stool ball or blind mans bluff. The adults </p><p>would have there own thing called Bees and Frolics </p><p>or they would play cards or green bowling</p>]]></description>

         <title>Colonial Familys </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Generally all men and women married in there late 20's.</p><p>If you were a slave you could not get married unless </p><p>you where granted your freedom. Since there where</p><p>men than women every women was assured a marriage </p><p>proposal. Also every family had between 7 to 10&nbsp; boys</p><p>and girls plus the kids they adopted back then.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Education</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Most colonial children received little education. In Southern Colonies most families where spread out but hired teachers or a tutor to teach there </p><p>children in groups. For the older kids there were sent to England to complete there education. </p><p>In Middle Colonies there education was based on there education so it slowed public schools so most parents hired a teacher or tutor to teach </p><p>there children or the asked permission to home school there children. </p><p>Last but not least is England. Only in England were towns required to have public schools and in 1647 a law was passed that every city with 50 or </p><p>more families were to hire a teacher or tutor to teach there children how to read and write. City's with 100 or more families needed a public</p><p>school.</p>]]></description>
