* Pharaoh chases them along the way
* Moses parts the Red Sea, letting Hebrews go through and the pursuing  Egyptian soldiers drown within. 
*This convinces the Hebrews of God's existence, and they stay with Moses

*On the seventh day, the Israeli battle cry had the walls of Jericho crumble with thunder and the army had the strength to take the city
