Thank you for never letting me frown and always giving me a reason to smile and laugh. I feel you deserve so much more acknowledgement for all the hard work and the things you do for T-Mo VR and you deserve the entire world. (and an iPhone 8, right Ryan?) Please always know you are appreciated and valued from me. 

JB, from training me when I first started in T-Mo over 2 years ago, to training me again, to encouraging me and for challenging me to do better. For talking me off a ledge before I have a presentation, to reminding me how much I was overthinking when it is over. Thank you for teaching me new things every day and trusting me to help you when you feel overwhelmed. You are so appreciated and it is never stated enough. You are the best and a great person I look up to. 

Mike, my partner in crime! (or work) From coaching me on how to coach, to venting sessions, to morning meetings and sales talk. You are the best partner to have in my Nesting and Training groups. You are the absolute best. From being more than reliable and ready to help me see things from another perspective, to locking horns and talking it through even when we don’t agree, to being my partner when it comes to anything and everything through training and nesting. Answering all of my crazy and random questions and sharing book suggestions, you are the absolute best!! For the last year, we have learned so much about working together and more ways to improve not only our work practices but ourselves. I got your six, always! 

Tez, Boss Man!!! From a talk, to coaching, to a hug, to candy for my kiddos, (because you think someone needs to spoil them too) You are the absolute best. You are truly an inspiration to everyone of us on your team. I know that if it weren’t for you, the 5 of us on the T-Mo team Tez, would not be as close as we are, nor as strong and confident in ourselves. You are such an encouraging and supportive boss. You are always on outside and even when we have improvements to be made, you are part of our team instead of placing blame or pushing things off. You are the first to step up to the frontline and work WITH us and make sure we are all giving our Full Potential. You live each and every day by our Values with each and every person you meet and through our work. I know you have multiple departments, and you have more than just us in T-mo, but you are so invested in each of your people and each of your teams, you would never realize we weren’t the sole focus when you are working with us. I wasn’t joking, when I grow up I hope to be half the person you are. Thank you, Boss Man.
