Clubs as advisement time is such a great idea! More students would have an opportunity to take advantage of a club and it would give them some joy.

It would be, but we have every teaching covering an advisement

so we couldn't feasibly, I don't think, have enough teachers to cover clubs AND advisements

Right, but then you have teachers with 30 some kids in advisement and then some teachers with 5 - 10 kids in a room. Like its great, but seems a little unfair to the teachers who aren't doing clubs.

Yes, at the same time, advisement has never been what kids or teachers consistently call "a good time".

Plus, like any class there would need to be at least 15 kids to be okayed.

Advisement at 7/8 is much larger than 9-12, so it's harder for the kids who need the most connection.
