- Bisnis proses yang terjadi pada project ini yaitu penjualan tiket film yang dilakukan secara online dimana pengguna dapat secara langsung membeli tiket secara online. 1. Launch the website and make an account

Users can access Laundry Yuk website by searching on search engines such as Google, Chrome, Bing ETC. After opening the website, users need to sign up if they haven’t got an account. Then the customer has to sign in and fill in some information such as Email, Password, Address information, and Phone number.

2. Select which service you wanted to pick

Once logged in, the customer proceeds to the service selection phase. Laundry Yuk offers various laundry services, such as fragrance ironing, Dry cleaning, and wash and iron. The type of service also determines the price per kilogram because all of them are in different pricing. After browsing the available services, the customer selects the one that best fits their needs and moves on to providing further details. Users need to put the clothes type and the system will estimate the weight of the laundry.

3. Choosing fragrance and put notes for special request

The customer can choose a service that includes fragrance options, they are prompted to select a specific type of perfume to be used for their laundry. Additionally, the customer can provide any special instructions or preferences, such as handling delicate fabrics or mentioning any allergies. This will give the customer more personalization that can enhance the overall experience by providing what the customer wants.

4. Payment method

After specifying their preferences, the platform calculates the total cost of the service based on the selected options and the estimated weight of the laundry. The customer then chooses their preferred payment method. They have the option of making an online payment through methods such as credit cards or e-wallets, or another option for Cash on Delivery (COD), where payment is made once the laundry is delivered or picked up.

5. Choosing either you want the dirty laundry to be picked up or drop off

The customer can decide how they want to send their dirty laundry to Laundry Yuk. They can choose the pickup service, which offers free collection for locations within the range that are noted in the website, or they can use the drop-off service, where they deliver their laundry to a Laundry Yuk facility themselves. For customers that are not in the range of the Laundry Yuk location, additional charges may apply for the pickup service. This flexibility ensures convenience based on the customer’s location and preference.

6. Service Progress Tracking

Once the laundry has been picked up or dropped off, the customer can track the service progress via the platform. They receive updates such as the status of their laundry from when it’s picked up, when it arrives in Laundry Yuk, and when the laundry is done.

7. Choose the clean laundry will be Delivered or Pickup

After the laundry is done, the customer will be able to choose either the laundry is going to be picked up in the Laundry Yuk pick up point or being delivered to the customer's home. Laundry Yuk delivers it to the customer's location if they choose the delivery service and for those who selected COD, payment is collected at this point. Customers who choose the option for the self-drop-off will be notified that their laundry is ready for pickup at the Laundry Yuk pick up point. As same as the condition before, there will be extra charge for customers that are outside of the Laundry Yuk delivery range.

• No more bugs when being tested before being deployed

  Note: Testing must be done not after the project are done, the expense for fixing after done are much more expensive and harder to fix

The contract+ application is an application that allows users to rent the services of others (builders) to build a house/project. This app is not just for renting someone's services, but our app rents out heavy equipment for the purpose of building projects. The app serves as a marketplace where users can browse available equipment, rent it for a specified period of time, and hire skilled workers.

What are the business processes of the IT Project?

1. Equipment Acquisition and Management  

We purchase and maintain our own fleet of construction equipment, such as excavators, cranes, bulldozers, and concrete mixers. The equipment is categorized based on type, usage, and availability. When users rent equipment through the app, our team arranges delivery to the construction site and pickup upon completion.

2. Worker Employment and Deployment

We employ a dedicated workforce of skilled workers and foremen on our payroll, and we handle their training, certifications, and assignments. Users can hire workers directly from our company for specific projects or tasks. Workers are dispatched to construction sites according to the client’s needs.

3.  Profit Generation  

This business generates revenue mainly through equipment rental and worker rental fees. For equipment, we charge rental fees based on the duration of use (daily, weekly, or monthly), with additional costs for transportation and fuel if needed. For workers, we charge clients an hourly or daily fee, which includes wages and a margin for the company.

4. Conclusion

Overall, our app helps consumers find reliable builders and heavy equipment rental. Our group realizes that in the process of building projects / houses it is often difficult to find workers / tools and is often deceived in terms of price and workmanship. So our group decided to make the Contract+ application

Project Description : Aplikasi ini berfungsi/bertujuan untuk membantu perusahaan pertambangan dalam mengelola operasi pekerjaan harian, termasuk pemantauan produksi, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan laporan.

Business Process :

Aplikasi ini mempunyai beberapa proses bisnis berupa:

1. Mining Location, Fitur ini mempunyai fungsi yang dimana user(manager tambang) bisa mengurut lokasi tambang yang akan ditambang dan juga mencatat informasi geografi daerah tambang tersebut.

2. Production management, fitur ini berguna untuk dua pihak yaitu pekerja dan manager yang dimana pekerja dapat mencatat hasil produksi tambang harian, manager dapat melihat hasil produksi tambang secara berdata agar menghasilkan informasi setiap lokasi pertambangan.
