It is a process during which people acquire some features, values and patterns of their behavior. That process lasts through the whole life and begins at the early stage of existence. We learn from our parents, peers, teachers and other members of the society. Despite that influence, each person develops their own personality, which differs people from each other.

Each person accepts a set of roles in their lifetime. It can be a role of a son, mum, an employee or an employer. While socializing we learn how to fulfill our roles. If we fail, we can meet with negative feedback from the rest of the society.
Some roles cannot be shared ex. a judge in court cannot be a politician, because his political activity would affect his independence and question the verdicts.
